(W)LAN redesign - 15 locations

Procyon Networks is responsible for the complete redesign of the (W)LAN for all 15 NOBB library locations. NOBB now has a fully up-to-date WiFi network at its disposal with redundant, secure internet access and VoIP over WiFi.
